1. Who we are
Prismling ("we") is an independent software label. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the purchase itself.
2. Licence grant
When you buy a licence, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software. Each licence allows activation on up to 2 machines at a time. You can deactivate a machine in the app and activate another.
3. Perpetual use
You may use the versions you have purchased or received during your update period for as long as you like. A licence includes 1 year of updates from purchase. After that, your installed versions keep working; newer versions require renewing updates.
4. Trial
Trials last 14 days, include all features and add a watermark to the output. Trial output must not be delivered as final work.
5. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the software or your licence key, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent licensing or watermarking, except where the law does not allow this restriction.
6. Your content
The software processes your footage locally. You keep all rights to your footage and its output.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. Check results before delivering them to clients.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms for future purchases. We may terminate a licence if you materially breach these terms.
